[ He's actually on time, at the welcome centre by 1pm. If anything, he'd actually said here because he'd planned on going somewhere nearby beforehand. It works out. Waiting doesn't exactly suit him though, so by the time Akashi arrives he'll find Ouma's crouching on the floor, using a stick to draw in the dirt.

[ It was neglect on Akashi's part that he forgot to ask how Kokichi looked like, but he figures that there won't be much people at the welcome centre now that most newcomers have begun settling down. He's only a little bit late -- 5 or so minutes -- and he doesn't seem bothered by his lack of punctuality at all. ]

Ah! [ He jumps up in surprise, though he'd been keeping an eye out for people in the area out of the corner of his eyes. With Akashi's hair, it isn't hard to miss him coming towards you. ]

[ He hums in response. That's a yes. He still sees nothing wrong with being called "Akashi-chan". While this isn't something he's thought of, his friends would definitely have a problem with it. They would find it so surprising that he's just letting somebody else call him with such familiarity. ]
